  There seems to have been a change in management or something. The last few times we have dined here the facility is dirty and the service substandard. The carpets are filthy, the bathrooms are filthy and in need of repair and stink. We waited 20min for a waitress and they were not busy. The waitresses were standing around chatting by the cash register with the manager or shift supervisor this was at about 8pm. It seems that it was more important to chat with each other than to bus tables and wait on customers. Our food arrived cold and the whole experience was disappointing. Until they fix these issue I would not recommend this particular Applebee's location
