  They replaced my rear bumper and trunk lid on my '09 Accord a couple of years ago. The repairs looked good, but there was something off. It took me a few days to realize, but they swapped the "Accord" and "V6" badges...lol. The longer I looked at it I found more issues. The trunk lid was uneven and could easily be seen as the rubber stoppers were not hitting the mark left behind by the old trunk lid. The left side is a bit more shallow than the right. Also, only one of the two license plate lights were functional.
  
  I didn't have to pay a cent for the repair so I let all that slide. It took a week to get my car back and it would've been more of a hassle to have them fix these things and pay for another rental car out of my own pocket for who knows how long. I wasn't sure if they'd even own up to their mistakes so I didn't want to deal with any potential time wasting nonsense. Even though we'll never know now, I would have expected better judgement in the placement of the trunk badges.
  
  The guy I spoke with was nice and professional. I just recommend going over any bodywork in great detail more than once before paying for services.
