  Didn't even get to the counter and they had a very rude way of saying they don't take an item I was selling. Worst customer service ever. Will not go back!

  I just wanted to sell a few things last week and was confronted by a short, chubby, pale-skinned young lady. Not friendly and very rude. She may have been a manager of some sort, I believe. Her attitude was very condescending and ignorant. Seemed like she just walking around throwing in her '2 cents' about anything people brought in to pawn or sell. It made it feel like such negative and aggressive atmosphere. Not a pleasant person, nor should she be working with the public. I had a friend recommend me to get rid of a few things there because they were friendly and simple to do business with. No. One person ruined the entire experience. Everyone else seemed very pleasant and I'm sure your shop has much to offer to the public, but first impressions are lasting impressions with me, so I will not be bringing my business back to that location, nor will I recommend you to friends or colleagues to do as such, either. I don't know her name, but I hope this message is brought to her immediate attention. She brings a negative light to your business. Thank you for your time.
