  I thought I had found a dealership I could trust until I had to deal with Watermark Hyundai Body shop. Poorest excuse for looking out for the customer I have ever witnessed. Lesson learned, my search for an honest dealership continues.

  I just bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from Derek Hobson at Watermark and he made the whole experience painless and casual and fun. We test drove a few vehicles before deciding on the Elantra and he was there every step pf the process. The whole staff was great, from Jon in finance to Jesse. Great experience and they have definitely earned their 5 stars from me.

  I was very disappointed. I purchased a Hyundai 2016 in Aug of 2015. I recently received a letter in the mail for what seemed like a good offer. So my husband and I made an appointment with Pam to view the new Elantra. Pam invited us in while she retrieved the keys to a car. She than asked us in her office, where she worked up a deal, that did not match the offer we received. After spending an hour and half. We never even got to see the inside of the car. She never got the keys as promised. She was more worried about the payoff on my current car and what I was willing to pay, than letting me see what she expected me to purchase. I felt bullied and pressured, for this reason and the fact that the trade in value % of this car was the lowest of any other new vehicle I've purchased (and I've owned a Fiat) I will never do business with them again.
